The MOVAX Side-Grip Vibratory Pile Driver is imported
from Finland. Pro Landscape, Inc. is the first contractor in the
Western U.S. to be using this state of the art equipment. This
machine, mounted to an excavator can drive/extract sheet piles,
H-piles, pipe piles and wooden poles up to 50 feet in length.
This is all accomplished
using one operator with one machine. The result is that piling can
be performed at least 20% faster than by conventional means and the
process can be much safer because fewer personnel are required at
the job site.
The MOVAX is controlled
by a cab mounted computer which allows the operator to select a
precise angle to drive/extract piles, even horizontally. A skilled
operator can pick up, position and drive a pile in one fluid motion! |
